(1) Shift maintenance:

①Clean the outer surface of the drilling rig, pay attention to the cleanliness and good lubrication of the surface of the cableway and the vertical complex of the drilling rig base.

② Check whether all exposed anchor bolts, nuts, commercial insurance cotter pins, etc. are firm and reliable.

③ Add lubricating grease or grease according to the lubrication regulations, see Figure 2 and Table 1.

④ Check the oil level of the transmission, differential and hydraulic transmission system.

⑤ Check the oil leakage of each part, and adopt various methods to solve it according to the situation.

⑥ Clear other common faults that occur in the class.

(2) Weekly maintenance:

① Fully implement the new items in the class maintenance regulations.

② Remove the dirt and mud on the surface of the chuck and sliding teeth.

③ Clean the oil and dirt on the inner surface of the brake.

④Clear common failures that occurred this week.

(3) Monthly maintenance:

① Fully implement the new items in the class and weekly maintenance regulations.

②Remove the chuck, clean the slips and slip seat. If damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

③Clean the filter device in the fuel tank of the car, and replace the moldy or dirty gear oil.

④ Check the status of key components. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time and work without injury.

⑤ Solve the common failures that occurred in the current month.

⑥ When the drilling rig is not used for a long time, grease should be applied to all exposed parts (especially the exposed surface of the processing surface).
